Life Sucks Seq 4 Scenes 5,6,7 Stimpy's nose Balloon

Stimpy shows Ren all the beautiful things in the garden.
He says, "Someone created all this..."
"...just for us!"
There's something missing here and I don't remember exactly what. Ren says something that causes Stimpy to start blowing on his thumb.
His nose blows up like a balloon.
His nose bobs in the breeze.
Ren produces a pin and sticks it in the nose.
Stimpy's nose bursts sending shreds of nose skin flying. A sheet of it wraps around Ren's face.
All Stimpy has left of his nose is the opening and a piece of dangling skin.
He anticipates and strains to push a new nose through the hole.
The new nose pops out.
Ren stares at him with disgust.
After a short pause, Ren pokes Stimpy and tells him "You're an eediot. Life Sucks!"
