Added 2019-06-19 04:41:45 +0000 UTCI stumbled upon an absolutely charming local second hand store (their site to be precise, but likely to visit irl later) and spent like an hour lurking around.. So.. Many.. Pretty vintage clothes.. It's rare to find affordable AND authentic stuff from the west where I live, and mind you, I never cared about brands, I'm an opposite of fashionable person who wears the same 7+ years old hoodie x'D And this's like the first time I got excited about a clothes store. Ever. It impacted me so much that I felt a mighty need to play dress-up with my babies (again). No actual refs used, just the fresh memories.. QwQ

Ahh I'm so glad to know that we feel similarly about dress-up. You totally get what's going on. C: And omg I wish anime character designers were on the same page with us. Especially hairstyle-wise.

2019-06-26 21:23:56 +0000 UTCI find playing dress-up with your characters quite important. Gives you an idea what they're about. (Eg by seeing what their opinions are about their clothes and how they carry them and themselves.) And of course flexes your art muscles. Not like your characters to wear the same shirt day in and out either. :D
