I'm guessing the Cybermen are like the Daleks in that some of their different upgrades/versions don't always stick? Like the super-fast Nightmare in Silver versions of the Cybermen don't seem to be reappearing. I agree, I thought that was odd.

2020-09-11 06:23:50 +0000 UTCI had a feeling you would like Missy. I'm the opposite as I much preferred Simm as the Master haha. I just prefer his craziness in general and the way he'd switch up from serious to wildness. This is definitely an improvement from the last episode but I'm still not a fan of the way the Cybermen design here. I had this issue with Nightmare in Silver too where they were suddenly fast. I always preferred the way they looked in the RTD era. I thought the exact same thing as you when Clara was throwing the keys away, I just thought it was ridiculous because the Doctor can just snap fingers but then it throws that small twist of The Doctor putting her in a dream state lol. Even though Clara's grieving, that scene really bugged me for some reason. Probably cause I'm not keen on Clara and Danny as couple. Plus I'm not a huge fan of Clara at this point but Jenna's performances are really good here. I'm sorry you were spoiled on Missy. Hopefully that's the last of any doctor who related spoilers you discover lol.
