i loved how they play her chill up to this point, and Cal as batshit. after a re-watch you notice small eye movements and cracks in her calm whenever daisy talks about shield .

2020-09-18 14:04:58 +0000 UTCI feel its worth noting that the next two episodes originally aired on the same night, and are meant to be watched together. Hopefully that's not too spoilery. Now this episode, strange that you had trouble connecting with it. Maybe its because they spent a lot of the middle of the episode setting up pieces - like Kara getting cleared of the brainwashing and being all nice and chatty with Fitzsimmons, reminding you she's still at the base, being sneaky with 2 May's (which I didn't spot on first view), so that fooled me good) and all that setting up the twist at the end of the episode. Then again, every once in a while there's an episode I don't connect with either. My most hated plotline in the show is Real Shield. One of the reasons I love 2x20 so much is that Coulson unites them at the start, adios Real Shield. Ha!
