Healthy Travel Cooking with Lins

Ingredients:
- 2 or 3 leek
- 250 gr chicken fillet
- 1 clove of garlic
- Half a game of philidelphia
- Lemon juice
- A chili pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley
Preparation:
- Marinate the chicken with the juice of half a lemon, pepper and chicken seasoning or paprika and chili pepper.
- Chop the leek in fine slices
- Fry the chicken in a frying pan with olive oil and garlic, brown it nicely
- Set the chicken aside.
- Stew the leek (in the same pan to keep the taste of the chicken) with a little bit of water and season with salt and pepper.
- Let it simmer for 4-5 min on a low heat.
- Add the Philadelphia cheese, let it melt and add the chicken
- Put a lid on and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle some parsley on top.
