Ingredients:
- Fruit of your choice
E.g.: 1 kiwi, 1 banana and 10 blueberries
E.g.: 1/4 of the pineapple, 1 apple, 1 kiwi
E.g.: 1 Mango and 1 kiwi
We love red fruits, blueberries, kiwis, bananas and pineapple - 1 big hand of nuts, oatmeal, all kinds of seeds
- Natural yogurt (preferably without added sugars) because fruit gives you a lot of healthy and tasty sugar)
TIP: It is always recommended to buy and eat fruits that are seasonal and also local. For example, we eat mangos almost every day in Mexico and strawberries in the summer in Belgium.
Preparation:
Mix everything together and have and awesome healthy breakfast and energy boost!
