Chicken with green beans and mushrooms

Ingredients:


Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (350 °F).
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add the onion and fry it.
  3. Add the mushrooms and bake for about 8 minutes until most of the moisture is gone. NOT ALL OF IT, this is perfect for your ‘sauce’.
  4. Add the green beans and let the beans cook for about 15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, cut the chicken fillet in an oven dish and marinate with pepper, salt and chicken spices (note: chicken spices contain a lot of salt, so do not add too much extra salt).
  6. Stir in the cream cheese with the vegetables and let it melt.
  7. Season with pepper, salt and povencial herbs.
  8. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish next to the chicken fillet.
  9. Sprinkle the chicken breast with the ground cheese.
  10. Place the dish in the oven for 25 minutes until the dish is bubbling hot.
