Ingredients:
- 2 zucchini
- 50 gr ground cheese
- Olive oil
- Pepper and salt
- 250gr minced chicken
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 teaspoons chicken seasoning or cayenne or paprika
Preparation:
- Cut the Zucchini in half lengthwise.
- Make them hollow with a spoon.
- Place the zucchini on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Place the zucchini in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
- Chop the onion and the garlic very fine.
- Mix the minced meat, the onion and the garlic together with pepper, salt and spices of your choice (see above) in a large bowl.
- You can add an extra step here if you want to speed up the process: Fry the minced meat together with the herbs.
- Remove the zucchini from the oven and fill them with the minced meat.
- Then sprinkle with a layer of ground cheese.
- Place the zucchini back in the oven for + - 35 minutes until the cheese has melted nicely golden brown.
- If you have taken step 7, place the zucchini in the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Serve with Rice
