Stuffed chicken with tomato, mozzarella, spinach, and fried mushrooms

What do you need?


PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

2. Fry the spinach on a heavy fire together with a clove of garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Cut the chicken fillets horizontally, but not completely through. Unfold, season both halves with pepper, chicken seasoning and paprika seasoning.

4. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices, then divide the tomatoes, spinach and mozzarella over the chicken.

5. Fold closed

6. Add the leftover spinach to your chicken fillets, the moisture from the spinach will be absorbed by the chicken, which gives it a super tasty and juicy taste.

7. Drizzle the chicken some more with olive oil and you can add some extra seasoning on the outside.

8. Place in the oven and cook for another 20 minutes.

9. Meanwhile cut the mushrooms and bake for about 5 minutes before removing the chicken from the oven.

Super easy, nutritious and almost all ingredients are available all over the world (except mozzarella, but you can replace it with many other SOFT cheeses)
