Grottamiranda in Puglia was our first stop and we start our last evening at B&B La Sorgente in Abruzzo. :-)

You don't really "drink" the full glass of olive oil. We were visiting a local farmer who makes olive oil and he literally asked us. Do you want to taste as tourists or as professionals? You can guess twice what our answer was. :-) The correct way of tasting is without bread, in a cup and like wine you have to take the oil in your mouth and let it circulate between your tongue and the top of your mouth. Not easy ;-)
