This is a super easy dish, but oh so delicious.
Just a little background.
Nick and I haven't eaten tuna in years. For the simple yet complex reason that tuna is overfished. They are caught in Asia with miles of nets and the fish simply have no other option.
When we do eat tuna (because let's be honest, it's soooooooo delicious) is when we are 100% sure of its origin. So where better to buy your fish than at the local fish market? And yes, we found 1 in Bari (If you missed our video here is the link: https://youtu.be/kfF2PqJpuTg)

What do you need:
- 2 tuna steaks
- 150gr pasta
- 150gr - 200gr cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- Olive oil
- Pepper and salt
How you make it:
- Bring water to the boil for your pasta and add a pinch of salt
- Wash the tomatoes and the cucumber, cut into small pieces
- Throw these in a bowl. Here you can add a little onion and garlic for taste.
- Add a little olive oil, pepper and salt to the tomatoes
- I prefer to eat fish on the grill. So heat your grill very hot
Tuna (or any fish, you should only grill or fry it briefly, otherwise it will burn through very quickly)
Only fry your tuna on both sides for a few minutes
- Add a little pepper
Serve and enjoy!!
