Healthy Travel Cooking with Lins: Pasta with chicken and vegetables

I have to be completely honest again, this is not my dish. But again we ate it with great pleasure :-)
Pasta with chicken and vegetables is a very easy combination.
I often make it with spinach and mushrooms, simply because we really like it. But we have to admit, this combination with corn is certainly not bad!
What do you need:
- 1/2 can of corn
- 200 gr. chicken breast
- 125 gr. mushrooms
- 1 outing
- 2.5 dl cream
- paprika powder
- Pepper and salt
How to make it:
- Bring a pan of water to the boil for the pasta.
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces or strips, of your choice.
- Cut the mushrooms and onion.
- Fry until light brown, add the chicken breast.
- Before the chicken breast is nicely browned, add the mushrooms and fry for a few more minutes.
- Now turn the heat to a very low setting, add the cream and spices (paprika powder, pepper and salt).
TIP: You can also 'smear' the chicken with paprika before you bake it, then you get a nice BBQ-like taste
- Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
- Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
