April/May Fanart Poll - Nightmare Gundam Edition
Added 2021-04-25 14:25:10 +0000 UTCHi everyone! Back with a new character poll, with a slight twist to throw some pep into our step after a delay getting the new one going.
This month, instead of straight "fanart" pieces of our three contestants, you'll be voting to decide which of the followng mobile suits from the immortal Mobile Suit Gundam franchise gets turned into a biomech "monster" or "nightmare" version of itself - the kind of thing that might appear on lurid propaganda to persuade the civilian masses of the terrifying nature of the enemy, or which might exist in some even darker timeline where Tem Ray invented artificial life instead of building the RX.
If you're not familiar with Gundam - don't worry! Just pick whichever mech you think would look best as a "monster" version of itself. To give you an idea of what i'm talking about, here is the RX-78 Gundam, widely considered to be the "flagship" mech of the franchise, and here is my rendition of it as a "monstrous" version of itself (Spoiler: all machines of war are monstrous already) . This piece is a little older now though and i'm excited to take these ones even further!
