“Hey Rosalie what do you think of the new digs?”Kate asked Rosalie when she and her mates met the young vampire, Bella, Victoria and some guards on the front step to the palace. Rosalie was excited to go shopping to find things to decorate her rooms. She had initially thought she would get a single room with a closet and maybe her own bathroom but she was wrong. She did get her own bedroom that was bigger than any she had ever lived in before along with a bathroom that was definitely fit to be in a palace with how over the top it was. The tub alone could fit ten people and the shower could fit the same amount. She was already planning on using both with Bella in the near future. The closet was as big as the bedroom she had in Forks and Rosalie wan’t sure how she was going to fill it. She had noticed that fashion was a lot different in Eden so she one of the first things she was going to do was buy some clothes. She didn’t want to look like an outsider. Especially because she was mated to Eden’s leader. There were three other rooms she was given that she was going to use as a living room, an office and she hadn’t decided the third. Bella told her not to worry about it until she had a chance to experience Eden because she likely would pick up a new hobby she would need space for. Rosalie was planning on her main hobby to be helping Bella with her responsibilities and various projects.

“I love the palace. How about you guys?”Rosalie asked the Denali.

“We are very impressed with the rooms we were given. For that we thank you Bella.”Tanya was happy with the space they were given in the palace. The area they had been given was set up like a two story townhouse with a bedroom that was four times the size of their old one with what had to be the biggest bed ever made in the bedroom. Tanya could tell it was custom made.”Also thank you for the bed your majesty.”

“Please call me Bella. As to the bed I remembered a conversation amongst the Cullens about what I don’t remember but they mentioned that you three complained about how small beds were made. I remember it because Edward got upset with your relationship and said a bunch of horrible things about you. I personally never saw a problem with you being a triad but I guess that was because I was meant to be in one myself.”Bella had never batted an eye to the many triad relationships she had encountered over the years.

“That is probably true. It has been mentioned numerous times that you are more accepting of the relationships than most people.”Victoria herself didn’t care about triad relationships. As long as everyone was a consenting adult it was no big deal to her.

“Of course Edward would say something about our relationship. Not only is he against triads he is against homosexuals. Neither of those things he bothered hiding.”Irina had to listen to Edward’s disapproval every time they interacted.

“I liked when he said things because it gave me an excuse to hurt him and Carlisle couldn’t stop me.”Kate took every chance she could to hurt Edward.

“Luckily the kings hated Edward so that Eleazar didn’t report us for going after him.”Tanya wouldn’t have let them visit if Edward was protected by the kings.

“Let’s get moving because it seems people are starting to get brave and I don’t want to get mobbed.”Bella knew if they stayed in front of the palace she would be approached.

Rosalie looked around seeing people walking towards them.”We don’t want that.”

“Where do you guys want to start?”Victoria asked.

“I think I want to look at clothes.”Irina like Rosalie didn’t want to look like an outsider.

“Would you all like me to have my personal stylist visit you and have her get you new wardrobes? She is also as seamstress and will make you one of a kind pieces.”Bella knew they woman would like working with the four for them.

“Did she make your clothes?”Rosalie liked the way Bella dressed.

Bella nodded.”She makes all of my clothes and Victoria’s as well. She is a pretty famous fashion designer but the pair of us are the only ones she makes custom clothes for.”

“I would like her to dress me.”Kate wasn’t going to miss out on using Eden’s Queen’s personal stylist.

“I would as well.”Tanya wanted to be dressed by the best and there could be no better than the queen’s personal stylist.

“Me too.”Irina said.

“I’m willing.”Rosalie wanted to dress like Bella and Victoria which based on the rest of the people they had encountered the pair dressed really well.

“Good then I will have her come visit.”Bella pulled out her cell phone and quickly sent an email. Once done she put her cell phone back in her pocket.”With clothes taken care of where to now?”

“Furniture would be good.”Tanya wanted to get an idea of what was available before she picked wall colors and decorations.

“We can do that.”Victoria took Bella’s hand in her own and waited for the guards to get in formation before walking.

Rosalie didn’t hesitate to take the hand Bella held out for her.”So where are we going?”

“There is a large furniture and homes goods store close by.”Bella told her.

“I noticed that the palace has no gates and a lot of people just walk right in. Aren’t you worried about security? Even walking around like this is dangerous.”Tanya wouldn’t walk around with only 6 guards if she was Bella. Hell she wouldn’t be walking anywhere if she were Bella.

“There is always a risk of someone attacking me but I’m not at all worried. Not only am I able to take care of myself Victoria is more than capable of keeping myself and her perfectly safe.”Bella’s physical shield still protected her even though she was shielding Eden as well.

“Have you had any problems with being attacked?”Irina asked.

“Yes we had a lot of problems when we first set up Eden and continue to have the odd group target us every now and then. We take care of all of them before they get out of hand.”Bella knew more would try in the future.

“We were told you have a military why don’t you send them to take care of the outside threats against you? I mean Russia launched a nuke at you guys. Why didn’t you go after them?”From what Kate had seen so far she was positive Bella could take Russia over no problem.

“We gain nothing from going after them.”Bella said.

“They attacked you though. You attacking them would stop them from doing it in the future.”Rosalie would expect Bella to attack anyone who went after her.

“They will never be able to get past the shield. So all that attacking our outside enemies would do is waste resources and put our people at risk of getting hurt, killed or taken prisoner. Quite frankly I don’t believe it’s worth it.”Bella would never put people in danger for such a stupid reason.

“How does the shield work?”Irina had been interested in the shield since it became public knowledge.

“That’s classified.”Victoria shut that line of questioning down right away.

“Just know that no one is getting in or out of Eden without my personal permission.”Bella doubted that she would ever give that permission.

“What I don’t understand is why don’t you allow anyone to communicate with the world outside of Eden? Even the internet is specific to Eden. What harm would it do for people to be connected to the outside world?”Tanya didn’t think it would do any harm for people to be connected to the outside world.

“Connecting our internet with the rest of the world leaves us open to cyber attacks. That’s why we have our own internet network. As to why we don’t allow outside contact it’s because we don’t want the rest of the world to benefit from our achievements. More than one of our citizens would be tempted by others to sell them our technology and details of our other advancements.”Victoria knew many would be tempted.

“You’re probably right.”Rosalie could see a lot of people doing that.

“I wouldn’t do it but I could understand someone else doing it.”Kate wouldn’t want to screw over her safe haven but knew others would.

“The amount of money that would be offered for just the hover car would be outrageous. The plane would be astronomical.”Irina herself would pay big money to learn how they were made.

“I’m the only one who knows how to manufacture either of those things. Along with other stuff as well.”Bella didn’t trust anyone else but Victoria with the knowledge of how most of her inventions were made.

“We make the entire vampire population’s blood replacement by ourselves.”Victoria preferred that she and Bella only know how to make certain things.

“Why do you do that?”Tanya could understand keeping technology away from the public but not the blood.

“Mostly quality control and so that we can regulate the price. We don’t need people to come in and try to make their own and get people sick. That and we don’t want people to try and charge through the roof for it. Even the stuff sold to the public has set limits on how much you can charge. Anyone who violates that gets all their rights to sell anything for the rest of their life revoked. There are no second chances.”Bella wouldn’t let anyone take advantage of her people.

“I kind of like that you do that because it would be easy for people to put together a cheaply made product and charge bulked up prices. Especially if they claim they made new flavors that you don’t offer.”Rosalie would be interested in new flavors. She already had plans to try every single one Bella had available.

“Do you take request for flavors?”Kate had a few different kinds of foods and drinks she always wanted to try.

“It depends if I or Victoria find the request interesting enough. I guess if Rosalie found it interesting I would do it for her.”Bella would always do what her mates wanted unless it endangered them.

“Note to self for anything I want Bella to do or make for me convince Rosalie she wants it done herself.”Kate would go to Rosalie with all her future requests for Bella.

“Do you take requests to make only new blood flavors or to make other things as well?”Irina asked.

“What do you mean?”Bella sometimes took requests for things.

“Well I’m what would be considered an amateur inventor and have notebooks full of ideas. Most of which are out of my level of experience. Would you be willing to maybe spend some time working with me?”Irina would love to work with someone as smart as Bella.

“I would be more than willing to look over your notebooks.”Bella didn’t particular want to but she would do it because the triad had always been nice to Rosalie.

“Thank you Bella.”Irina was very excited to work with Bella.

Bella waved off the thanks.“It’s no problem.”

“I didn’t expect there to be such a busy city so close to the palace.”Rosalie looked around in surprise seeing the almost futurist looking city they were walking towards. Almost nothing was familiar to her and she was looking forward to seeing everything. It would take more than one trip she was sure of.

“There are many big cities throughout Eden. This is our capital so it’s the largest city on the continent.”Victoria told her.

“What is the name of the capital?”Tanya didn’t know why her question made Bella groan.

“Go on sweetheart. Tell them the name of our capital.”Victoria loved how uncomfortable Bella got when the name was brought up.

“I’m not saying that ridiculous name out loud.”Bella refused.

“What’s so bad about the name?”Rosalie didn’t understand why Bella wouldn’t say the name.

“Bella doesn’t appreciate that the initial inhabitants named the capital after her.”Victoria was fully supportive of the capital being named after Bella.

“It’s a stupid name.”Bella grumbled.

“What is it?”Tanya wanted to know why it upset Bella so much. She would be flattered to have a city after her.

“We named the capital Belladonna.”Victoria told them.

“I like it.”Rosalie thought the name was perfect.

“I hate it.”Bella had tried to veto the name but was overruled.

“I wouldn’t mind it you changed it to a name that has Kate in it if you want.”Kate wanted a city named after herself.

“That is a great idea!”Bella would love to have the name changed.

“It’s not happening your highness.”A shifter guard said from behind her.

Victoria chuckled.”I honestly think people would riot if you changed the name.”

“What’s the point of being in charge if I can’t name a damn city?”Bella had tried to change it many times.

“You deserve to have the capital named after you.”Rosalie thought Bella should have everything named after her.

“It’s just not the capital that is dedicated to Bella. Many different forms of art and media is Bella themed. The name Isabella is actually the most popular baby name every year since we have founded Eden.”Victoria liked that Bella got so much praise and attention.

“What kind of media?”Kate was planning on having her life story turned into a tv series. She just had to convince her mates first.

“There are tv shows, movies, books, songs, artwork all about Bella’s life. Even though not many people know her background other than when she freed the guard forward. I personally enjoy the crazy things that the public come up with to explain how Bella got to the point of creating Eden.”Victoria usually had to watch those tv shows and movies without Bella around because her mate would complain all throughout it.

“I need to see some of these.”Rosalie wanted to see what people came up with.

“Why don’t you tell them the truth?”Irina asked.

“Bella doesn’t give interviews nor does she talk about her private life with anyone. Not even the guards and the queens know everything.”Victoria was proud of the fact that Bella only trusted her with her secrets.

“In all this time you have never given an interview?”Tanya would expect Bella to have given hundreds of interviews.

Bella shook her head.”I release statements or I give speeches where people can ask me questions about the topic I am discussing but I don’t answer questions about my personal life.”

“How come?”Kate would think that Bella would want the public to know her better.

“I don’t want to influence people with my experiences and opinions. A good leader sticks to the facts and focuses on bettering the lives of their citizens.”Seeing them still confused Bella expanded on her answer.”Think about how politics work around the world. Every politician focuses on themselves and their beliefs. They try to brainwash the masses into thinking how they do. The laws they make aren’t for the betterment of their countries it for the betterment for themselves. I refuse to make my people mindless drones who only are allowed to do things I like. If people knew my preferences they would revolve their whole lives to conform to them. I don’t want that.”

Rosalie thought about it for a minute.”You’re right politicians usually only act or pass laws if it benefits them in some way. Usually basing everything on their personal beliefs.”

“But you still have some controversial laws right? I mean it can be all sunshine and rainbows.”Irina knew that Bella had to base things on her opinion.

“It doesn’t matter what the law is someone is going to think it’s controversial. However I will tell you that we have the lowest crime rate in the world and it goes down every year.”Bella told her.

“It’s also very clean here.”Tanya couldn’t believe how clean everything was. All the roads, sidewalks and buildings all looked brand-new.

“It’s clean all around the continent. We actually offer tax incentives to businesses ask citizens that keep their areas clean and enforce fines to those who don’t.”Victoria hated when things were dirty and fully supported Bella making those laws.

“It’s nice of you to reward people for cleaning. If it were anywhere else in the world the leader would just fine them not offer them incentive to do it.”Kate liked that Bella treated her people so well. It was just more proof of how great living in Eden was going to be.

“You’ll find that Bella set up incentives to follow most laws.”Victoria said.

“People are more willing to play by the rules if they are gaining from doing it.”Bella didn’t mind giving her people rewards for following the laws.

“I am.”Irina would happily follow the law if she was being rewarded.

“How do you afford all this? From everything we have heard you have spend a whole lot of money setting up Eden and bringing in the new residence. There is no way you had that much money when you were human.”Tanya didn’t think anyone had the money that would be needed to finance such a big rebellion.

“That’s classified information. Just know that we are the wealthiest country in the entire world many times over.”Bella made sure they were.

“Now I want to know even more.”Kate planned to ask Rosalie about it later.

“I want to know how we get a license to drive a hover bike and a hover car.”Rosalie wanted to drive one and learn how they worked.

“You have to take a government run class to get certification.”Victoria told her.

“You can give us the class though right?”Irina didn’t want to take a class. She wanted to learn from the person who invented the machines.

“No you have to take the class like everyone else.”Bella didn’t bend the rules for anyone.

“Me too?”Rosalie wanted Bella to teach her.

“Everyone has to take the class. Even you.”Bella said.

”She refuses to give anyone special treatment. She actually took the class herself and retakes it every time she has to renew her license.”Victoria chuckled at the look she a seeing given by the group.”She doesn’t break the rules for anyone. Including herself. Even though no one would punish her if she did.”

“Why do you bother? You made the damn things.”Kate wouldn’t go to a class to learn how to drive something she invented.

“If I didn’t follow the laws then I would be no better than a dictator.”Bella didn’t think of herself as better than the rest of Eden.

“I like that you don’t expect special treatment.”Tanya took it as the sign of a good leader if they followed even the small laws. It made them less likely to break more serious ones.

“You should have been here when we forced her to live in the palace. Bella only gave in to shut everyone up that were telling her all the reasons she deserved it.”Victoria had been at her wits end when Bella wouldn’t take the gift.

“I’m still not comfortable with it but I know that it would hurt a lot of people’s feelings if I moved out.”Bella only stayed because it made the public happy.

“What kind of couch is that?”Kate pointed to the window of the store Bella’s guards were leading them to.

Rosalie looked at the couch in confusion. It had a really high back and oversized bucket seats that would fit someone very tall and fat.”Who would even buy it?”

“That couch is for the different shifters that have much bigger bodies than a regular human.”Bella explained. She nodded her head in thanks to the guard who held open the door for her.

“I wonder why the outside world never had specialty furniture made for supernaturals.”Irina could see the market for custom furniture for different species.

“Mostly because the outside world is still fractured and supernaturals are hated by the humans. They don’t feel comfortable being out in the open so they try to bring as little attention to themselves as they can.”Victoria told her.

“That’s true. Even with you guys outing everyone the world is not very accepting of supernaturals. Even the kings were treated badly and the city where the castle is was deserted after the citizens fled their homes.”Tanya and her mates didn’t advertise they were vampires for fear of what the humans would do to them.

“Your majesty! Welcome to my store.”A short bald man with a rounded belly greeted them. He took Bella’s hand in his own then kissed her knuckles and bowed.

Rosalie held back a laugh at the mortification on Bella’s face at the action. She lowered her voice and whispered to Victoria.”Is this a common greeting?”

“This is mild. Some people get down on a knee and refuse to look Bella in the eye.”Victoria was of the opinion that is how everyone should treat Bella.

“Please Rick there is no need for formalities. We are here to shop.”Bella really wished that people wouldn’t act like that when they were around her but no matter how times she tried to correct them she was just ignored.

Rick stood up.“Oh you have some new citizens. How exciting.”

“Yes and they need to decorate their living spaces. So I’m going to escort them around. We will let you know if we need help.”Bella told him before taking both Victoria’s and Rosalie’s hands and walking away. She didn’t give Rick a chance to reply.

Tanya chuckled as she hurried to catch up with Bella.”That man made you very uncomfortable didn’t he?”

“Bella gets uncomfortable with any kind of attention.”Victoria thought it was adorable how Bella reacted around others.

“Here is the vampire furniture.”Bella said.

“What makes this furniture vampire furniture?”Rosalie walked around the large warehouse size space looking at the different pieces. She already had a plan to use some to decorate her rooms.

“It’s all reinforced to handle us using our enhanced strength. Including the end tables, coffee tables, desks and dressers. Everything in this room.”Bella explained.

“Someone should do this in the outside world. It would have been extremely helpful to have furniture that we didn’t have to be careful with.”Kate sat down on one of the couches.”And it’s actually comfortable as well.”

“Vampires have been around for thousands of years and in that time barley any achievements were made to better their lives. I doubt any will be made anytime soon either.”Victoria didn’t think anyone would even bother trying to make vampires’ lives better.

“That’s actually true. We don’t know everything Eden has to offer but the few things we have seen so far are extremely helpful and you did all of it in 50 years. The kings have done nothing in all the years they have ruled. They just kept us hidden and compliant.”Tanya preferred Bella as a leader any day.

“After supernaturals were outed what happened with the vampires?”Bella had an overview but wanted to know from someone who lived through it.

“There was a lot of scared and angry people who came forward and started different groups to target supernaturals. A lot of those groups have merged over the years but are just as hateful and angry. Once it became know that vampires had leaders the kings did interviews with human reporters. Well they did until Caius tried to kill one of them when he asked him about his sexuality.”Kate had laughed hysterically when she saw the interview. It made the kings lose any good will they had with the humans.

“We watched that interview.”Bella and Victoria had laughed as well.

“I don’t know what Aro was thinking having Caius as a participant in any of those interviews. Hell even Marcus was a deterrent. The man just kept talking about all of his own accomplishments. None of which were anything impressive. I did enjoy him trying to say that they had done more for the world than Eden ever did.”Victoria had watched and read every interview.

“My favorite was Aro trying to claim that he fired the guard they didn’t abandon him.”Tanya wasn’t the only one who caught on that Aro was lying. It was well known by the humans and shifters that the guard had defected to Eden.

“What I don’t understand is why anyone didn’t overthrow the three of them? I mean they are at their most vulnerable without any guards or other resources. How come no one killed them?”Bella would have if she was a vampire not living in Eden.

“The reason no one overthrew them was because they became obsolete. With vampires exposed to the humans we didn’t need to worry about the kings’ main law. Humans tried to pass laws for us but overall we just kept to ourselves. The only reason we feared the kings is because they were keeping a close eye on us.”Irina knew if she and her mates stepped out of line the kings wouldn’t rest until they were punished.

“We were like the only vampires they had any kind of control over. They did try to make more vampires to fill their ranks but the rest of the world got wind of it and they were threatened with death if they didn’t stop. The kings blustered for a while but then the humans sent an army to their castle and they negotiated with the people in charge to keep their lives.”Tanya had taken great joy in the fact that the kings bowed down to a bunch of humans.

“I hate the fact that you are so young Bella. If you were turned the same time as us we wouldn’t have to had to wait a thousand years to be free to live our lives the way we always wanted to. That and we would have gotten back so much of our humanity.”Kate wished that Bella had been born before she was so that she could reap the benefits of everything Bella created.

“Bella would have taken over the world by now if she was that old.”Victoria had no doubt Bella would achieve world domination within a thousand years.

“I don’t want to take over the world.”Bella took a seat in a recliner and put up the foot rest.”This is a great chair. We should get one for my study.”

“I’ll let Rick know.”Victoria said.

“I kind of wish you would take over the world. You would make it a hell of a lot better place for everyone.”Irina thought Bella would do a great job running the world.

“People wouldn’t appreciate my methods. Plus I wouldn’t want to protect everyone.”Bella would hate running the whole world.

“I think the world needs your tough love methods.”Tanya had spoken to a few of the palace inhabitants and learned all about the many laws Bella enforced to keep the peace in Eden. Although Tanya knew they were extreme she did think they were good ones.

“I would like to see you execute the kings.”Kate told her.

“We all would like to see them dead but  I decided that a greater revenge is to let them live in a world where they have no power over anyone even themselves.”Bella thought living in world where they were nothing was the best way to punish the kings.

“I guess without being in their grasp anymore I can see that being a good punishment.”Now that Irina wasn’t in the situation anymore she could see the benefits of keeping the kings alive.

“We also took all their money and properties.”Victoria said.

“Wait what?”Tanya asked.

“An hour after we freed the guard I hacked into the kings’ bank accounts and stole all their money. I didn’t even leave a penny in any account. Then I took ownership of all their properties to include the castle.”Bella left them with nothing.

“You own the castle?”Rosalie hadn’t been told that.

“Yup and over the years I taken everything they have every earned or bought. The kings are completely broke and have no resources.”Bella was proud of her work.

“That’s why they haven’t added to their ranks and tried to create newborns. They couldn’t pay anyone.”Tanya had always wondered why the kings didn’t hire some shifters at least.

“I made sure they were crippled and will continue to make sure they stay crippled.”Bella would never let the kings gain any kind of power ever again.

“I like knowing that and wished I knew it when you initially did it. We wouldn’t have to had put up with the threat of death hanging over our heads for the last fifty years.”Tanya really regretted not joining the rebellion when she heard of it all those years ago.

“How many applications did you get from people to live in Eden?”Rosalie wondered how many people had taken the chance to move to Eden.

“1.2 billion people applied. We said yes to 10 million people.”Victoria told her.

Kate whistled.”That’s a lot more than I thought.”

“What kind of people applied?”Irina asked.

“Everyone from poor people to politicians to celebrities.”Bella had seen applications from a big diversity of people.

“A few of those celebrities we even allowed to live here.”Victoria said.

“I saw a couple specials on tv of different people’s journey to Eden all about them packing up their lives and saying their goodbyes before being picked up. I think some people were hoping to be able to actually contact the outside world so that they could be famous.”Kate personally wouldn’t give up her life to be rich and famous.

“We had numerous people get caught with different recording and tracking equipment. Each of them were left behind.”Bella wasn’t going to let someone who would break the rules before they entered the borders live in Eden.

“That was a smart move because if someone was going to go against you right away who knows what they would do when they got here.”Tanya wouldn’t have let them in Eden either.

Bella got out of the chair and moved onto the next set of furniture.”That was exactly my thought as well.”

“I have to say the longer were are here the more impressed I am with everything you built. I’m not sure exactly what I expected Eden to be like but this is far better than anything I could have imagined.”Irina was positive it would only get better in the future.

“Thank you. I’m glad you are regretting filling out the application. Let’s hope no one else does either.”Bella had been worried the new people wouldn’t like living in Eden.

“There is no way I’m regretting moving to Eden.”Rosalie knew life would be better in Eden and it was because she was reunited with Bella.

“We don’t either and based on the reaction to the people on the plane with us to listening to all the things Eden had to offer I doubt they will regret it either.”Kate sure as hell didn’t regret it.

“Do they offer this furniture in different colors and fabrics?”Rosalie had seen a couple things that she wanted in different colors.

“Everything can be customized including the hard furniture.”Victoria told her.

Irina ran her hand over a desktop.”This isn’t wood is it?”

“We don’t allow any trees to be cut down so most of our things are made out recycled materials.”Bella put that law into effect as soon as she took over the continent.

“It’s crazy to think that you outlawed plastic products and everything is made out of recycled material. Not that I think it’s a bad thing. I actually like the fact you care about our environment. It means while the rest of the world is busy destroying itself Eden will survive long after they succeed.”Irina appreciated the fact that Bella was big on the environment and took measures to keep Eden thriving for many years to come.

“That was why we decided that we wanted to conquer a whole continent. We didn’t want any neighbors that could contaminate the area next to ours with their waste and bad practices. Victoria and I researched the world for the most natural land and the least amount of pollution. South America was the front runner.”Bella explained.

“I’m surprised you didn’t take North America.”Kate would have wanted to take her own country back.

“North America is a trash dump. The natural recourses are depleted and they covered everything with concrete and pavement. There was no where for shifters to live in nature and humans were living on top of each other. It wasn’t even considered for us to take over.”North America was to far gone in Bella’s opinion.

“That’s kind of true. Especially in the U.S. The Americans have ruined their homeland.”That was one of the reasons Tanya and her mates stayed in Alaska. It was one of the only places untouched by greedy humans.

“I hated living amongst humans. Especially because Carlisle was so set on us being high school students. Though after we left Forks I would spend as much time as I could away from the family. I would spend it mostly isolated mourning the loss of my mate.”Rosalie had been mostly by herself since finding out Bella had died.

Bella made her way over to Rosalie and gave her a hug.”I’m sorry you thought I was dead all this time.”

“It’s not your fault. I personally blame Carlisle and Edward.”Rosalie in no way blamed Bella for faking her death.”If you hadn’t faked your death the pair would have come after you and wouldn’t have left you alone unless you killed them.”

“How long after you faked your death did you form the rebellion?”Irina asked.

“15 years afterwards is when we saved the guards and announced vampires to the world. During that time Bella went to numerous colleges and took various jobs in different fields to better her skills.”Victoria had a great time just living with Bella while she spent her time pursuing knowledge.

Bella gave Rosalie one last squeeze before releasing her from the hug.”We honestly wouldn’t even had bothered rebelling at all if it weren’t for Aro sending Eleazar after gifted vampires. Our plan was always to get set up financially to the point we didn’t have to make any money and save Heidi to live in hiding. I didn’t have the idea for Eden until an hour after we got the phone call from a friend telling us of Aro’s plans.”

“It’s crazy to think that it was Aro’s own fault that the kings’ most important law was broken. If not for him no one would know about the supernatural world and Eden would have never existed.”Kate hated that the kings would never learn the truth.

“How did you keep your involvement from going public?”Tanya couldn’t figure that part out.

“It was decided early on that it wouldn’t be safe if people knew who I was. That being the case I never met with anyone in person. When we were negotiating with others I never met with them. I would send people for me and I would talk over the phone using a scrambler to disguise my voice. Even when I put out statements and decrees a different person would read each one. Also having a human, vampire and shifter at every important meeting showed proof of our mission statement. If it had been just a vampire it would send out a message that I was a vindictive vampire who wanted to take over the world.”Bella hadn’t wanted to be the face of the rebellion anyway.

“That is true. If it was well known that a vampire was in charge many wouldn’t have followed you.”Irina would have been hesitant if she was a human or a shifter to follow a vampire.

Bella opened her mouth to reply when her phone dinged. Reading the alert she frowned.”I hate to say this but you all are going to have to finish your shopping by yourselves.”

“How come?”Rosalie didn’t want Bella to leave.

“An issue has come up that needs my personal attention.”Bella hated that she had to separate from Rosalie but she couldn’t ignore her duties.

“Anything you all need just ask Rick for. He will charge it to my account because the furniture is being used in the palace.”Bella began typing out a message to those she needed to help her.

“Can I come with you?”Rosalie asked.

“Not this time but I will tell you all about it so you are aware of the situation.”Bella didn’t want Rosalie involved if she was unprepared.

“I guess there is that.”Rosalie would prefer going with Bella but was happy that Bella would tell her what was going on later.

Bella gave Rosalie another hug and a kiss on the cheek.”I’ll let you know when I’m done. You have your phone right?”

“Yes it’s in my pocket.”Rosalie had never seen a phone like the one she had been given and was looking forward to reading the manual and schematics Bella promised to send her later. The phone being another one of Bella’s inventions. Rosalie couldn’t wait until she was all settled in to see Bella’s workshops.

“Then I will message you as soon as I can.”Bella promised.

“My number is in your phone if anything happens let me know.”Victoria was going to go with Bella because she predict it was a serious issue.

“I will.”Rosalie wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Victoria so she didn’t bother Bella.

Bella gave Rosalie one more kiss on the cheek.”See you soon.”

“Bye.”Rosalie called after her. Seeing her walk out the door Rosalie sighed.”I guess Bella is going to be busy for a while.”

“Let’s finish shopping. Maybe when we are done Bella will tell us what she is dealing with.”Kate said.

“Good idea.”Rosalie wanted to be done with shopping right away so she could get her rooms set up. That way she was officially settled into the palace. She didn’t have to much stuff to unpack so once everything was painted and the furniture was delivered it shouldn’t take Rosalie to much time at all. Her hope was that Bella would be finished well before then so that Rosalie could get her input on how Bella preferred things arranged. Rosalie also wanted Bella to have a say in what kind of bed she bought. It was only fair because Rosalie planned on only using the bed with Bella. The first time they were going to use it was to be to have mind blowing sex and exchange bites. Well Rosalie predicted it was going to be mind blowing. It would be Rosalie’s first real time having sex and it was going to be with her mate. Rosalie would prefer it being Bella’s first time as well but kind of liked that Bella had experience. It would make it better if one of them knew what they were doing. Luckily Rosalie was a quick study and would have no time keeping up with Bella.
