Yeah, it can take you to default in terms of T, especially the Complete Flush Ultra. So, if you dont want to lose benefits, skip that one. The Wipe Out is more of a restart thing but it will flush affs, fields and etc as well. If you feel clogged, you can use wipe out. Wipe out is less likely to delete those Test affs than Complete Flush Ultra.
