I was working at this one job and there was a lot of girls and I just started so I knew I had to build social proof so I just started conversations with dudes and girls this one girl she was 30 I started talking to her we were working close to each other and she laughed at my jokes she was really receptive and other girls started to notice. So that made it easier for other women to see me as a person who girls like I ended up getting her FB and we started texting .. but I didn't last long at the job because one of the managers didn't like ppl talking I think he was just jealous so I got laid off I lasted a month but everyday was getting better with the females.
