I have genuine concern about those who push for leadership. Bad idea to select them. They are the ones that don't pass a [good] LE psych exam. Your description of a good leader is perfectly, exactly in line with my own. I also prefer the highly intelligent, and only prayer will provide one of those in a person's group! Miss the prayer that went with posts for a time.
