Love seeing your garden! You have put so much work into it! I hope it all turns out to be bumper crops and that you have time off work during harvest season, so that you can put it all up for winter. The thing hurting me most in my world right now is that my health is not permitting me to do the work that needs doing, putting the soil into buckets and carrying them to where they need to be, planting in them, repeating several times. I love to work, to produce, to accomplish. Really makes me so ashamed and frustrated that I can do little more than sit right now. I pray daily, multiple times, that I be healed and restored or, at the very least, able to do the most necessary tasks, like planting right now. I cannot imagine not wanting to work, to produce, to accomplish - that seems so peculiar! I've been too ill and fatigued to do very much for some time, and now with the broken arm that I'll have to give in and have casted, nothing seems possible. For those of you to whom Michael spoke, that are perhaps lazy, not interested in doing all the things he talked about - I could just smack you! LOL If you have the physical ability, how can you not be preparing and working hard to take care of yourself and your family, preparing for what you KNOW is coming - you have the ability - use that ability! If you do not, spend a little time thinking about how you will regret just sitting instead of doing the things. The family is hungry and cold, and they look to you, asking what they will eat. What is your answer? Are you one that thinks you will just steal from those who prepared? You did not think that through very well. Next question. When you go out to take food from those who prepared, and are shot dead, what will your family do when you do not return? How will they eat and survive? Have you thought about these things? It's time you did.
