I do not use one, because I do not have one. Some guys I train with have them, so some of my training is with one, some is not. They can be a useful tool, but people tend to get too caught up on speed. In a real world situation, speed is important yes, but accuracy, and movement are just as important. In the real world the whole picture is important.
