I believe the CDC gave guidance to states saying to count not just confirmed cases but also "probable" cases. Then for every confirmed or probable case they were instructed to add 15. Mostly blue states are doing this.

If Trump is removed, Or the Democrats take the Senate, The sledgehammer is coming down. Some people tell me I'm sucker, Or lack faith working for the GOP cause. But I believe Self preservation is scriptural.
