I .decided to purchase a Glock 22 in Ranger Green Gen 5. I bought a Wolf aftermarket 9mm match barrel since the 22 will seamlessly cycle 9mm when swapped.

The one I like to walk through the mountains of Tennessee with is the Ruger Mini 30 7.62 x 39 , deadly at 100 yards , light weight wild boar coyote killing machine. Does a nice job on the rattlesnakes too
