I run an Arsenal Sam7 stock with an Ultimak rail to which I added a red dot. Works super. Only thing I would like to change is the stock, the standard is to short for my preference which made lining up on the iron sites difficult. The red dot solved this problem. You can still find the ammo at 1/2 the price of 556.

Had a $300 Romanian AK for a while. Recoil was unpleasant - had a short stock When Obama got elected, a guy offered me $800. Done deal!
