Hmm, considering my theory about what happened to the village and that piece of hair part of me wonders if that'd be enough to link him to Kaguya, that he wasn't actually descended from her. Course, supposedly she also travelled around with a human as well if my memory serves me right, so maybe he's the descendent of that human instead! Also, kinda weird that the human from Miria's stories hasn't really come up at all since then, it's almost suspiciously absent in fact.
