I meant to do this last year and dragged my feet. This spring it is on!!! Potatoes, carrots, herbs, peas, green beans, etc. if I have challenges, it would be good to know sooner rather then later. Unfortunately I don’t have land for a good bug out location in an SHTF scenario and local wildlife would learn early when it’s open season.
