Getting the new place ready to move to has been a three weeks crash course in fitness and acclimatizing to being outside in the Texas sun again... almost like basic training

Liking your recommendation to do anything. Some of us are restricted as to what we physically can do. For example I cannot walk at this time, but when you said the word "lunges" I was reminded of a time that we would be going to Alaska. It was impossible for us to go, there was no way, and it was a silly idea, but I knew from the Holy Spirit that we would be going. As hard as I worked around the homestead every day, there were physical abilities I needed to work on, so I began, and persuaded my daughter to join me. We did a range of things, about twenty minutes daily, and one of those things was lunges on the side of a remodeled bus/RV. I don't know if I can do lunges right now, but I am going to try, thanks to your one word! Maybe little ones to begin. I clearly remember the difference the exercise regime's results created - running up and down the stairs into and out of the bus a million times per day packing it, for example, would have been very difficult had I not prepared the body for it. I'm going to see what I dare do now for improved abilities. And yes, we moved to Alaska, though it was utterly impossible. LOL In that bus/RV. Loved the trip - loved it - and my body was ready for it by then.
