Also, brother T (Bear from bear independent dot com) covers the MARCHE algorithm on his youtube playlist page. On Amazon the StB practice limb (full kit with practice TQ etc) for $99 and it comes with an online instructional. This is an awesome option if you want to practice wound packing with the "blood" etc. Another great option is a full practice stitch kit (with fake skin pad, all the needles, all the threads etc) for just under $50. You can also go to your local college and look for free classes, make friends with some med students or EMTs and/or Firefighters and offer to feed them if they practice medical response with you in their off time (a great option if you find the right ones because now they get free food AND someone to practice with/on when they have training and/or testing coming up).
