Upcoming Inventory Additions

An update on upcoming changes:

The equipment page will split you inventory in 3 sections, adventuring gear (including mundane weapons and armor), magic items, and valuables (gems, art objects).

Some new additions will be blessings, boons, and charms that will be listed in the magic item section and a bulk of valuables will be included (think of gems, art objects from treasure tables in DMG).

Magic items you have equipped or attuned to will be displayed with the description in the sidebar on the page. You can change the description by changing the item 'notes'. You can also include mundane items with their notes in the same sidebar (see tome of strahd and coin pounch example).

Also, until a more optimal implementation can be added Aurora will auto-generating some special items (based on loaded content) that you can equip to 'activate' that give you some specific rules. Currently these include feats, languages, proficiency, ability score improvement, and spells (for all spellcasters). (add item, equip, get a feature)

This will allow you to add for example stealth proficiency, an increase in strength, any language, or a wizard spell (even when it's not on the wizard spelllist). Since this is a work around these will be listed in your inventory, but they will be hidden from the character sheet.

Additionally, there will be a new 'Spell Scrolls' category that will have auto-generated stackable spell scrolls for each spell that is loaded. This should make it easier to add a spell scroll for any loaded spell.

Note: the auto-generated items will also be generated for homebrew content. So spell scrolls will also be generated for you homebrew spells.
