Optimizations! [Quick update]

Finally pushed through some major under the hood optimizations to lighten the load on our server. This had to be prioritized to create more breathing room for the upcoming updates, after we were forcibly moved to a worse performing server due to the old data center closing down 2 months ago.

Visually, not much has changed. The main goal was to de-stress the CPU by utilizing memory a lot more with redis and memcached (for the techies). The only thing you'll most likely notice is the speed of loading roulettes as well as the infinite load. Since most users view multiple random roulettes per session, they're now preloaded into cache/local storage so you always have a buffer of random roulettes ready to be viewed, site-wide.
