It's a good watch, especially if you're a regular CIS listener, but even if you're not, fellow commenters, it's only 3 episodes and is pretty damn entertaining!

In the last couple years it's been determined possible, whether it was done or not. It's referred to in more than one piece of contemporary literature, so we don't know for sure. There's also rat torture, where a metal bucket is strapped to someone's chest with rats inside and heated up, so the rats get scared and have to find a place to hide. You can imagine what happens next.
