Serial Killer Search - Poteau, Oklahoma
Added 2025-10-23 01:00:00 +0000 UTCThis week, in Poteau, Oklahoma, when murders begin happening, all over the area, including an older man, several women, and a popular local newscaster , it isn't clear if they're connected, at first. This all quickly turns into a frantic search for a serial killer, while he's actively taking more victims, on a near daily basis. When they finally find him, he has a lot to say, and all of it is crazy, including detailed confessions of all the crimes!
Along the way, we find out that hot air balloons & barbeque apparently go hand in hand, that you can't just keep someone in a mental institution, forever, and that some people seem to decide to kill, or not, completely at random!!

The Club was under my driver’s seat the whole time. I always wonder if it would’ve deterred them. Either way, the bank robbers returned my car to Sawgrass Mills Theater parking lot and stole another getaway car. My dad was so pissed.

Now it’s a decent facility full of hard working and caring nurses and doctors who care for the mentally ill. In the 80s it was a nightmare, and had been for decades (like most of the mental health facilities across the nation). Right now a brand new hospital is being built on the campus and will have the latest in tech and safety for the patients and the staff. They still send those deemed criminally insane in Texas to TSH. One of the more recent cases was Dena Schlosser, the Plano woman who killed her 10 month old daughter and chopped off that baby’s arms because “demons.”
