He also kept and dumped every single thing I had saved for my 3 children’s since their births. Including hospital bracelets, scrapbooks, photos and film. Keepsakes, literally EVERYTHING. Plus every single thing they owned including their toys, clothing, decor and everything else. He sold their Xbox 1 that my mom just gifted them; they had tried playing it once. He also kept their N64 that had about 30 games with it mint condition. Sold anything if ours that had any monetary value to him. Then he boxed the rest up, set it outside for a year to be destroyed by the elements. After a year he took it all to the local city dump by just letting his garbage take it little by little until it was all gone. Oh yeah, the reason why he had full access was because I wouldn’t press charges against him after a pretty bloody beating. So he pressed charges against me for pushing him in the chest while he videoed me after he got in my voice as I cried in pain. He was 6’7’ 395 lbs. I am 5’3’, 120 lbs. because I moved into his place and he didn’t put me on his lease, I had no rights to go retrieve my belongings. The cops took me there when he was gone once and I had exactly 15 minutes to scramble and collect my whole life and still only was able to gather some clothing and hygiene stuff for immediate use obviously. They promised to bring me back another time; they refused every time I asked. I ended up trying again and going back. I had nowhere else as I’d moved to his city. 4 weeks later: I left to a shelter with my eye black /purple, swollen and sticking out 3”. It was greasy and the whites were blood red. Ended up with multiple facial fractures, tore detaching retina, scratchy sore throat no voice, after being strangled and kicked, hit, spit on thrown to the cement. Drug through the house by my hair and locked out in minus 25. He kept my phone and stole my social media accounts, locked me out…ending any hope of my recovering any baby photos. That was just an example of how much he put me through all because I discovered his cheating. I was charged for putting my hand on his chest when he asked me not to touch him. I was just trying not to pass out but he videoed me and ccharged me. I was charged and convicted simple assault. When we both walked in court; the prosecutor and judge saw us in person for the first time. I could immediately see their obvious disbelief and embarrassment as he was just massively bigger. He was also related to a federal judge and has the longest criminal record ever. I had never been arrested even before. The cops treated me badly because I refused to cooperate in going after him. When I spit out pieces of my teeth in the cell and begged for help to stop bleeding, the female officer said ‘do I look like a effing dentist’? I wet by ambulance an hour later. My trust in these laws, procedures, protocols and everything else…including those who have been charged with seeking Justice using those systems and training, has been severely devastated. I had an even worse abusive relationship after that still. The ‘justice’ I was left with was pleaded down and my abuser spent a year total for 11 charges one being agg assault, unlawful imprisonment, violation of protective order, intimidation of a witness, death threats, sexual battery and , choking during another crime…in Canada basically he had all the worst crimes besides murder and attempted murder in my case they said they never had so much evidence. So why do they always let them plea? Then he gets out and stalked me for another year even though they initially had officers circling my house. He was banned from the town I lived in. Did anyone ever enforce or even monitor it after the first week? Nope. If he would have had access to a gun there’s no doubt in my mind he would have murdered me. Cords used to break while he strangled me; saving my life by seconds as I was un conscious already. I have suffered brain injury, countless broken bones, some multiple times. I have bad nerve damage and half my face and forehead were disfigured by him and can’t feel half my face or scalp. That was the agg assault causing permanent disfigurement or damage charge. All plead down to nothing. Though I live I. Canada, our own laws are not terribly different and I have doubts that the us would have treated me any better honestly. I don’t think I’m a victim. I’m a survivor of my own bad choices that came back after I failed to learn the first time.

It is very recognizable to people who have at some point in time either worked in an establishment with alcoholic regulars and/or have drinking problems themselves. I recognized it immediately for what I still think it is , a really abusive and codependent relationship, fueled by alcohol, in a fairly advanced state of decay. It’s very ugly. It does seem like he was abused. I could not believe it a few weeks ago. I heard his weight referred to as 103 pounds, I listened over and over, I was like, surely they mean 130 pounds. But no, this is a very small person. it is beyond tragic what happened.

That prosector also had some movie references in his opening & closing. Talked about Starwars at one point. Fascinating. I will give Sarah Boone these 2 things: 1) She was more composed on the stand than I thought she'd be 2) She is a pretty good artist.
