She was crazy but this story was nuts!! I actually remember seeing both episodes this past December on one of those ID type channels and it's not until I listened to this episode that I realized the motorcycle shop murders were committed by the same guy that had the women in the container! I thought they were 2 separate episodes. It was crazy seeing the body cam footage of her rescue but also seeing his interrogation footage, which was surreal...

I worked with the son of one of the victims, and I'll never forget the day he raced out of the office when he got the call from the detectives that they'd got a confession from Kohlhepp and his mother's murder was finally going to be solved. Turned out Kohlhepp just told police that so he could get out of his cell for a couple of hours. The vilest piece of shit.
