By treating her like the toddler that she was, he would counsel her so that later she couldn't say she herself was an ineffective counsel. We saw a similar attitude in the Sarah Boone trial. Since she went through (was it 8 or 9?) lawyers like toilet paper, the judge would ask her every day (perhaps two times per day) if she was happy with her defense and if he explained his strategy to her and so on. This too was to prevent an appeal, since she was such a royal bitch. Did anyone listen to her statement during sentencing? DISGUSTING!

Either accidentally or in the moment on purpose. She backed up pretty far as reflected by her cars computer info. She was blackout drunk, she said so herself. It’s the thing that makes most sense, she hit him, in my mind the only question is, is it manslaughter or second degree murder?

I do have a hard time grasping how she could’ve hit him so hard it sent him flying and killed him, yet there are no marks on his body, other than the scratches, along with some of the other details of the incident. I don’t believe it should matter, though. The police dept botched the entire thing so badly- they didn’t even come close to doing their jobs. No one should be sent to prison for life after that sad excuse of an investigation.
