Added 2023-12-01 03:42:10 +0000 UTCokay, well, another round of laws is hitting me early january. i am a deeply spooked creature because of how often and how much those things happen so i need some time to recover, see where i land as witch hunt starts and pick up my bearings from there. what used to be a hefty, but in majority cases still was just a fine is now a prison sentence for a decade and there's no saying who will be put in place as a demonstration for everyone else.
those things continue to happen of course and it's not the first time but i am getting scared every time because there's no saying what any of it means - the wording they use is always highly unclear to make sure that they can prosecute anyone they see fit, to be fair and lawful is never their main purpose. so, here's all that. i don't know what to do and i can't move anywhere either so it's repeating this stupid dance of me taking my time and seeing how it is on the ground every time something like this happens.
so, i'll try my best to speedrun the comic until the january when the laws hit, i won't be focusing on colors or hard quality as much to try and clean/sketch out all the pages until the end as much as i can in a month, pause the billing then and see where i'm at emotionally in a couple months later, probably into march or april or something. patreon is important to me and i've been consistently floored by your support, but i am just one idiot gay that is scared.
