Well, yesterday was a day from hell, at least from a technical standpoint. First the download link from the site that I paid to get a dvd ripper from didn't work, and since they were unable to get back to me in time I had to buy ANOTHER ripper from somewhere else. But I didn't do that immediately, oh no. First I had to see if I could just get a trial version of some other software that'd work to avoid paying twice. NEVER. Ever. Download trial software. half a day was then spent remove adware from the system. But now all is good, and the footage is ready to edit! But man, lesson learned.

I have a couple programs that I use (for doing different things). But man. Sorry to hear about the mess! Hopefully you managed to get all the nasty stuff off!
