Apparently he's a filmmaker from Las Vegas and he has been described by the Las Vegas Weekly as the Ed Wood of Las Vegas. https://lasvegasweekly.com/ae/film/2014/feb/06/local-filmmaker-neil-breens-unique-and-terrible-mo/ Anyway, his films have been on numerous reviews and apparently these films (although Neil tries to make them serious) provide non-stop comedy. I was hoping that you might want to review his various films such as Double Down, I Am Here....Now, Fateful Findings, Passing Through, and Twisted Pair. I thought you might want to check them out or at least the other reviewers take on Neil's films.
