[Star Performer]The Trial of Knowledge

The Trial of Knowledge tested one's mental capacity. Kefnet welcomed initiates to his trial with a spell that dampened their emotions and physical instincts, forcing them to depend on their mental acumen and spellcasting abilities.

How to use this map:

The Trial of Knowledge is a test of intellect, wisdom, and insight. Players must solve a series of riddles, puzzles, and moral dilemmas that reveal deep truths about the world and the gods of Amonkhet.

Each platform of the pyramid might hold a riddle related to the history of Amonkhet, the lore of Nicol Bolas, or the nature of life and death.

Example Riddle #1:

"I protect the living,

But I am not alive.

 I cover the worthy,

and exile the dead."

Answer: The Hekma

Example Riddle #2:

I am the promise of life,

I am the dream to the dying,

I am the savior to the lost,

But many find me lying.

Answer: The Oasis

Example Riddle #3:

"I carry the weight of ages past,

A symbol of death that will ever last.

I devour all that’s left to rot,

And carry the truth of what time forgot.

What am I?"

Answer: Scarab

Example Riddle #4:

I am the shadow of fear

The earth trembles as I come near,

Where I pass, the light will fade,

And all that’s green is then betrayed.

Answer: Locust

If you think the riddle takes too long for your game, you can always make them do an intelligence check instead. However, failure to answer the question will result in combat. The player will be teleported to the Illusory maze to fight the mirror-image version of themself. Once they successfully solve the riddle//combat, they will be teleported to the next platform.
