Development Update!

Happy Monday, everyone!

Today's update is a mix of ups and downs, so let’s dive straight in with the not-so-great news: I'm going abroad for a significant part of April, which will limit my development time to just the second week of April. I'll be away until the beginning of May, meaning there's a tight window for me to wrap up some of the content that's currently in progress.

Now, for the exciting part: I've completed the first batch of content for Max! 🎉 This includes around 6 scenes, complete with 3 animations. It marks a thrilling beginning to Max's intense questline, and I'm eager for you all to see the depths of his journey.

I've also made headway with the Kimiko Questline, nearly finishing the first scene which promises multiple animations, elevating the standard set by the shower scene with Emma and Tatjana.

A notable change I've implemented is the switch from 30 frames to 60 frames per animation, significantly enhancing the fluidity and depth of motion. However, this improvement has led to longer rendering times—what used to take about 2.5 hours for 30 frames now takes approximately 6.5 hours for 60 frames. I'm working on finding the right balance between quality and efficiency.

For our supporters, I'm preparing exclusive content: out of the upcoming animations with Kimiko, 4 will be part of the general release, but 2 special animations will be reserved for the Fluffy Edition, ensuring our supporters receive extra value.

Given the upcoming travel constraints, the release schedule must be adjusted. Therefore, the public release will be pushed to the end of May. This extension means there will be additional time to enrich the game with more scenes and characters, particularly advancing the storylines for Esperanza and Howard.

By the end of May, I aim to deliver a robust update filled with engaging content for you to enjoy—a silver lining to the adjusted timeline. Your patience and support mean the world to me, and I'm committed to making the wait worthwhile.
