Progress Update: 3/16/22

I have made a significant miscalculation. When I first announced the video, I mentioned that it would likely be at least three hours in length. This was a purposefully conservative estimate made knowing that it might end up being longer. I assumed that it could possibly be closer to four hours. But now that we're so deep into the script, I'm realizing that this video will likely be longer than five hours to capture everything that I hope to share.
Due to this upscaling, we'll need just a bit more time to finish it, probably an extra month or two, pushing the release date back to June or July.
In the interim, I plan on doing more script readings in the Patreon Discord. Due to some factors that I will be able to express publicly soon, I'll also be able to share snippets of the finished video in the coming weeks as well, which will also likely occur on the Patreon Discord.
While I'm not happy that this video is taking even longer, I am glad that I'll be able to share more work-in-progress than I have in the past. My team is energized and we're ready to plow through this latter phase of video production, and I'll keep you all posted as things are completed since there are more milestones now. (The research and writing phases are both pretty barren in terms of significant updates)
