Progress Update: 8/21/23
Added 2023-08-21 23:02:17 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Fredrik this week. Arc is coming out of his convalescence after his surgery which went well! The pain is manageable for him with pain meds and he's healing quickly, though he says he misses solid foods. He says he's feeling well enough now to return to work tomorrow after I pressured him to listen to his fatigue and rest.
Before the surgery, however, he was able to get some work done for his diagrams of the (admittedly truncated account for the) Battle of B-R5RB. He had to make a few new assets for ships, such as Dominixes, but his pipeline has gotten more efficient with time. By the time he gets to the final massive section, which is imminent he shouldn't have to make many, if any, more assets.
I do have a request from all of you: I'd love to send him your kind words personally, so please wish Arcaxon a speedy recovery in the comments here. I'll make certain he sees them.

2023-10-08 00:50:08 +0000 UTCI’m new, but have followed the channel for quite a while. That said, I’ve gone over some of the previous posts since the last community post was posted on YouTube. Mostly skimmed them really, but enough to get an idea. I want to say to Fredrik, I hope your anxiety has gone down since that big post, and it seems your burn out has been resolved to some extent, which I’m really happy to see! To Arc, I want to say, take whatever time you need to get things done and to recover. Don’t stress too much, as someone who is an art hobbyist, I know art can take a long while, even when you’re in the mood for it, and having dabbled in animation in the past, I’m completely aware of it’s complex and lengthy process. To see what you have shared so far is fascinating! You should be really proud with how much you’ve done so far. Knowing more, and with my background in two parts of what you’re doing, I can confidently say, you’re doing good, you’re making good progress, and the video will be amazing, so don’t sweat too much. To both of you, take your time. 6hrs of video after two years is going to be welcomed back with open arms from myself if no one else. So keep going you two, but take the time you need. And take care of your mental and physical health however you need, and for however long you need as well! Looking forward to the video when it’s good and ready to be complete!
