Paige death (Derek childhood girlfriend) gave the Nemeton so much power, imagine what will happen now that Scott, Stiles and Allison sacrificed themselves.

Also, I'm not sure if you got what they were saying exactly. They aren't bringing anything back with them physically, Deaton was saying that outside supernatural creatures would be attracted to beacon hills.
