2021-03-27 13:28:28 +0000 UTCSo what Monty made is called "moonshine" which is basically a very high proof alcohol (about 70+% ABV) usually made illegally and "homemade" or at least not in a proper distilling facility. It's a common thing in the US and used a lot in dystopian or survival-type shows/movies/books/etc. No one ever knows what's in it, but damn, does it get you drunk!
