Hi guys, sorry for the radio silence, here are the reasons:

1. In case you didn't notice, I fell behind a few weeks back, so I'm currently doing two episodes at once to catch up. Bonus episode this week!

2. I'm working to get Calling It Now back on track! I still believe in the concept and dearly want to continue it as part of the reward system, but after the first pilot, your valuable feedback helped me realise I needed to shake up the formula a little. Stay tuned for the second pilot next week!

Thanks for your amazing support, and I've resolved to be more involved with communication to you guys this year. Here's to a better new year than last year! Though I guess that goes without saying...
