I was hoping to see this. Personally, it bugged me just how much fanservice for the game this got. HP meters, TMs, Bide doing exactly what it does in the game with no real-life variables, etc. I'm not saying go full Yu-Gi-Oh! on us, but I'm not sure how video game mechanics applied to real-life battles and the show was like, "Screw it, we have your money." Got worse from then on, too, but I'll keep watching. Just upped my pledge, after all. Love your work!

Out of all the things they incorporate in the games, this is one thing they should have left out. Also, when we get to the 4th episode, better prepare to talk about its connection to the XY generation. I was there around the hype of Origins and I was also invested in what the XY series had to offer.
