Reward Tier Updates
Added 2017-09-02 21:58:31 +0000 UTCWelcome to September everyone!
A BIG thanks to all the new patrons that have arrived after the added incentive - I really appreciate it. Hooray! I can pay rent!
So I've updated the reward tiers, hopefully to rewards that are going to be more doable at this current schedule while we work towards our next stretch goal.
Calling It Now is still not out, however that is set to change very soon. After Origins, I'm going back to regular weekly indigo pokemon journeys, however the last video of every month will be Calling It Now. All of the holdover requests will still be in the queue and once they're all done, I'll be doing polls to determine the next one. For those unaware of CIN, here is the pilot (still subject to tweaks in the final series): https://youtu.be/Sj9_bKC1QkE
That out of the way, here's a recap of the reward changes:
1.00 & 3.00 Patrons: Updated to show you can join in scripting with me each week - also I'm going to be more active in Patreon exclusive content. Similar to my twitter feed, but just for you guys!
5.00 Patrons: Since Calling It Now is finally on it's way, I've updated this tier so that each week at a specific time (or maybe different times each week to accommodate those with different schedules) we'll do an anime watch-along stream where you get to watch an anime with me (for those who don't know, a watch-along is when the audience syncs up with the streamer so that we can all react together without getting hit for copyright). You'll also get to participate in polls for what anime we watch too!
10.00 & 20.00 Patrons: These still get their 300x300 or 1920x1080 pictures, but also get to join in a special monthly Q and A post (video?) where everyone can ask one question each and I'll be obliged to answer in detail (with obvious exceptions)!
So let me know what you guys think of the new perks, if you have any questions, comments or complaints!

I have other insane ones that I intend to throw at him as well. Albeit not quite as crazy as Anyamaru Tantei Kiriminzuu. ;)

2017-09-03 23:36:56 +0000 UTCThanks for letting me know. What were the anime you suggested?

2017-09-03 01:48:06 +0000 UTCUnless he changes the rules, you can definitely suggest obscure anime. I threw a couple at him that were more obscure and definitely not at all new (one from the late 80s early 90s in fact)

2017-09-03 01:45:08 +0000 UTCI like the structure of the CIN video. My question is it limited to new anime, or can people suggest obscure anime. For example, I would like to see your reaction to Hare and Guu. It is in anime not well jnown from the year 2001.

2017-09-03 01:02:12 +0000 UTCA thought: originally with CIN you were going to be watching the first three episodes instead of just one. Are you planning to do that, summarize it in the one episode, and go from there? Or are you planning to just do one episode for CIN at a time now?

2017-09-02 22:30:12 +0000 UTCWhile I'm good with the Q&A, I have to ask: do you think you would be able to keep up with as many people/questions as you would get for that? You're already at 40 questions each time, after all. And that's before more people show up. Even monthly, that's likely to get intense. Especially if you're answering 'in detail'. I do love the extra 'once a month doing CIC' idea. :) Especially with the added watch-along stream. I don't yet have suggestions for what I'd point at the $20 yet. I'll have a think on it. However, using the incentive of 'CIN' for people might help out; Rantasmo does something similar with his big spenders.

2017-09-02 22:21:10 +0000 UTCI like having one review out of every month be something aside from Indigo League Pokémon. It gives you an opportunity to diversify without adding to your schedule. Looking forward to Calling it Now!
