2021-05-09 16:31:10 +0000 UTCIve seen this reoccurring theme of stars and ladybugs in other media, and I'm not sure where it originates. The only thing I can think of is that there is a Folk legend that if you find a ladybug with more then 7 dots, its an omen of a famine. -This likely originates as someone identifying ladybugs, vs a type of beetle. I'm thinking It might be the same idea? If you can connect the dots and it makes a star like shape, its a ladybug.

2021-05-01 00:34:14 +0000 UTCIn regards to the Wobbuffet episode, there's another bit they clearly overlooked: Wobbuffets only attack in self-defense. I know that sounds odd, but bear with me. See, if Wobbuffet are so peaceful that they only attack when being attacked, then it's clearly only in self-defense, Ergo, that means you technically could attack back with Counter and not violate the rules. You'd think a village obsessed with the blue comedian version of c'est' la vie would understand this.
