Leo here (for those not in the know I’m Suede’s IRL partner, they/he pronouns) and I come bearing news of the Suede household, along with some polls!
To get down to it, Suede is trying really hard right now to cope with his workload and balance his mental health. Just being recently officially diagnosed with ADHD along with autism, and switching doctors, things have been a bit all over. Medication IS helping but his new doctor is wanting him to try some new meds to help him with very difficult executive dysfunction.
Suede’s doctor has suggested he take some time off work while he gets adjusted to new meds and works with his therapist. As many of you know, this is a difficult ask for Suede, as he feels like he already gets so much from you, his patrons, and he feels a lot of guilt asking for your support when he’s not making you content he feels you deserve.
So we’ve compromised and hoped polling y’all would help put his mind at ease to help him focus on recovery and getting on his feet.
Would you, his patrons, be ok if Suede took October off from making content, but still financially supporting Suede for that month?
Please please please be honest. We have been so blessed to have all of you to keep our family going. Suede wants to focus on recovery so he can return the favor and help you all in return focusing on mental health content on what he’s learning for those who are unable to access such support.

Also, to add a selfish motive, if you don't take time off now, things probably get worse and you'd have to take even more time off then. So please take good care of yourself now, you deserve it.
