Yeah, I'm definitely digging this method of distribution. You guys still get to see the episode early, new patrons have more time to be involved and I have more time and leeway to discover and correct mistakes you may have spotted. So this is how it'll go from now on, luckily you'll only have to tune in to youtube for the opening and end gags plus the patrons.

Actually according to bulbapedia her attitude is because "her strategy in life is to go with the flow like water, but to become as hard as ice in battle." I don't recall if this was in the English dub or just in the Japanese.

2019-03-02 19:31:54 +0000 UTCAnother Trivia fact: Lorelei uses her entire in-game team, at least the original Red/Blue/Yellow one in this episode sans Lapras. Guess Lapras didn't show up because it's been a staple throughout the season that showing it's part of Lorelei's team would be incredibly redundant.

2019-02-28 21:17:29 +0000 UTCAs a kid I was always confused about the Lorelei naming thing. Later when I read up on that whole "3 syllable" thing, I wondered why didn't they just change it to "Laura". Then again it might sound weird forcing Laura into 2 syllables, at which case Lorelei works again.

2019-02-28 15:06:40 +0000 UTCIf Prima recognized Charizard needing training so why not help ash train Charizard, she's powerful enough to handle Charizard in case things get out of control as shown in the episode, have ash battle her with Charizard and teach it some humility, she's strong enough for Charizard to want to fight, and it happens later but I mean come on. She has different battle styles with each of her pokemon, she could show ash there's different ways each pokemon can battle and help bring not only ash and charizard together but his other pokemon. She already fought random trainers with no name, she could have instead focused her attention on Ash, and battled each of his pokemon to see where thei strengths and weaknesses were
