Movie 01 REDUX - Redone

After showing Jess the reshuffled cut, she remarked that it really didn't feel like a more recent Suede script, and I had to admit after biting through my chair leg that she was right. I don't want to screw this up, so I hunkered down, rewatched the movie and did ANOTHER rewrite, this time adding in elements and jokes that are more consistent with my current style, plus some trivia I forgot. Let me know if anything still jars, but unless it's really big this should be the last pass. At least I sure as heck hope it is! XD

2019-11-24 14:36:10 +0000 UTCI always took the mewtwo stripping their powers thing as wrong because Pokemon battle for sport or to get stronger, or to defend themselves. Mewtwo taking their abilities away is literally crippling them and forcing them to fight to the death

2019-11-24 14:32:54 +0000 UTCIt should be noted there's a big goof. The Ancient Mew card was made later as a tie-in for the second film. While I'm pretty sure there was a Mew card given away at showings of the movie, it wasn't Ancient Mew.
