Also if you can get your hands on H1 (Claritin) and H2 pepcid antihistamines they can help mitigate symptoms and long covid. Ask your doctor if they conflict with other meds, but they have been proven to help. Also ask about Paxlovid if you can get that. The most important thing is to rest as much as possible. Wishing for a speedy recovery ππ½
